If we have started processing your order but have not yet completed the preparation and filing of your EIN, we will refund your payment in full.

If we do not provide the EIN within the selected delivery timeline, we will issue a full refund upon request, unless the delay was due to incorrect information you provided (e.g., incorrect Social Security number, business name, business address, etc.). We will contact you immediately for the correct information, and if you provide it but we still fail to deliver the EIN within the requested timeline, a full refund will be issued upon request.

All refund requests must be made by contacting customer service. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used and processed within seven business days. If the payment method is no longer valid, canceled, or stops working for any reason, we will not be responsible if you cannot receive reimbursement due to these issues.

Once your EIN has been issued or a service has been obtained from the IRS on your behalf, a refund is not available.
